I just cooked chicken balsamic vinaigrette and it tasted fantastically.

I really don't have anything else to say but I'm a great cook. hahahaha

College update and other stuff.

College is tiring! I swear I have a class that is a mile away from my other classes.  I don't know how much I walk going around campus but I think I will track it one day.  My classes are cool but they force me to stay on campus for a good 11 hours a day.  I have a morning class at 10-11 then I have a band at 3pm-5 but I can go home because it would be impracticle to waste gas so I could be home for an hour; so I study during the break.   After that I have a 6pm-7pm and I get home around 8pm. So my day is from 9am-8pm.

Boy I'm beat and glad that I have the weekend off.


I can't see new doctor who episode today but I will get to it soon. 


I heard this song today and I liked it a lot.

Dubstep?

Why do I like Dubstep?

Beyond that it is something that is original(when it came out) 

and catchy melodies I don't know.

A poem I guess.

This void inside my heart
grows endlessly off the carts.
There is no stopping it
it's like a wildfire that is not lit.
It hungers for my soul
to fill its empty hole.
Constantly consuming, its calls
for me to feed its everlasting halls.
I try to fill it with friends
but it still doesn't end.
I try to fill it with TV lights
but there is still no bottom in sight.
So I'm in its capture
there is no escape from this aperture
Until I heard His voice
giving me a choice
to fill it with living water
or live a life without the father.
I asked the father to fill me up
and he gave me drop in a cup.
I drank it and the void imploded
and from the center fire exploded.
There is no stopping it
because it is everlastingly lit.

College!

College was amazing.  My first class was in a new building and it was pretty. It had comfortable chairs with flat screen televisions and huge projector screen. After that I got a bunch of free pens, sunglasses, and gym memberships.  The best thing was free ice cream. =)  I also I signed up for about 15 giveaways. I then  lunch/studying/facebooking and after that I played a game of pool with my friend Eddy.
The rest of the day I was at band and Southwest Studies.

College is nothing like the movies so far and I'm glad because the movies make college look terrible with all that drinking and partying.

thank you Jesus for giving a me good experience.

I'm tired but satisfied.

Nazi camp of band.

Oh my goodness!
            I cannot believe
                          band camp is over.
                                            It felt like it was
                                                           never going to end. 
                                                                             It was like a
                                                                                       Nazi camp but for band.
                                                                                                        It was from 10am-9pm
                                                                                      and I was standing
                                                                             playing for hours.
                                                          I also got to push,
                                            lift, and set up four
                            times a day.  =(
        Oh well it is over
and I am glad.
Though, I'm also glad that I did it because I met a lot of cool people and I play much better with mallets.  I play the Bells(it is a keyboard) for the pre-game music(the school's fight songs)  and I also play the Vibraphone(a bigger version of the Bells) or vibes for the mid-game show(which is Carmen).  I will post some videos of the band when we get the show on the field.

The Cake is a Lie

 So today was my birthday and it was pretty awesome.  I have no clue why but I felt so alive and wired(yes wired).  I was making funny noises and just being goofy.  This is a strange feeling but an awesome one. I haven't felt this way in years.

I made a poem about my birthday.

The cake is a lie
So I had a piece of pie
And I feel so Alive!

I really don't think you guys will get this but I felt like posting it.

I like pie!
I don't know why people don't have pie for their birthday, I love having pie for my birthday.

When I get bored I like to mix music.  I take segments of peoples music and compose a new piece of music from it. I thought I would post a couple of them.

Facebook is down.

I really didn't think I would post another post but Facebook is down.

So I went back to my youth group tonight to share the testmonies about Chicago and I shared one about the Madden House because I thought that hit me the most.  As I met up with my youth afterwards I felt like I should tell people that I would be available to talk to them if they wanted.  This made me realize that I actually like talk about 'deep' emotional stuff even though I hate talking about my personal life. I don't know what I'm really talking about but I just wanted to say if you want to talk I try my best to be available and to give the best advice.

Anyway I had an awesome day and hope tomorrow will just be as good.

Enchantment?

Hello, I'm Alex Moon. I just wanted to say that going to Chicago is the best decision I have ever made.  The people that I met in Chicago I will always remember them forever. When I got there I didn't want to talk to them because I didn't think we would have anything in common, but I over heard someone talking about Doctor Who(which is my favorite Sci-fi show) and I quickly realize that these people were awesome. I got to know that a lot more and I will miss them but I know for a fact that I will see them in the near future.  I also got really close to my youth group and they are like my family now.

Last week was the best week of my life because I finally feel like I have purpose in life. God showed me filling up a huge building up with homeless people and taking of them. This was truely amazing because the only reason I went on this trip was to find my purpose that God wants me to do.  Now I feel really close to Jesus and I'm loving it.  I also went to an insane asylum to pray for the people there and we saved a couple of people. Seeing there smiles after we said somebody loves you forever no matter what was one of the best feelings I have ever had. 

Things are going to extremely different but it is going to amazing.
